Description

The Objective of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to prequalify Trade Service Contractors for the provision of Services as described in Article 1.7 Scope of Services and Appendix H Specifications and establish a VOR (Vendor of Record) Agreement with a select number of prequalified Proponents for each Trade Service Category.
In response to this RFSQ, Proponents may apply for one or any combination of the following three (3) Trade Service Categories. Refer to Article 2.1.8 Format and Prequalification Submission Requirements for instructions on how to apply for multiple Trade Service Categories. *Proponents must submit a separate prequalification submission for each Trade Service Category they are applying for.
1. Building Repair Services
2. Windows, Doors & Glass Replacement and Maintenance
3. Roofing Repairs and Maintenance
