2024017FAC-RFP - Moving Services on Campus

The University is soliciting for transportation and moving services, including all labour, equipment, moving supplies, and vehicles necessary to carry out transportation services as directed by the Transportation Department Representative at the University.  The University is seeking reliable transportation and moving services that will minimize disruptions to the University and its students. The University will only consider Proposals from companies engaged in the business of providing transportation and moving services with an office located in the National Capital Region or provide a written guarantee that Proponent will have an office located in the National Capital Region at time of contract signature. The duration of the agreement will be for an initial term three (3) years with an optional term that can be exercised for two (2) additional years.
