This RFP is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of a Drupal Resource for Information Technology Services for professional services of an experienced Software Architect, specialized in strategic planning and Drupal functionality including content management, site building, theming, accessibility, portability & mobile awareness, module development, installations and configuration for the University of Ottawa.

The Services required include Project Planning and Business Case Preparations; Resource Planning; Operational Duties; Business Process Analysis and Redesign; Change Management Strategies; Management Support; Serve as an SME (aka Drupalist)
