Description of Procurement

The primary objective of this Request for Proposal is to retain a roofing contractor who specializes in low-slope roof system installation for the second phase of the roofing project at Ryerson’s Rogers Communication Centre (RCC) building located at 80 Gould Street, Toronto.

Ryerson intends to execute an agreement in the form of a CCDC 2 - Stipulated Sum with Supplementary Conditions, as provided in Appendix E of the RFP.

The procurement may involve negotiation.

An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Address and Final Date for Submissions

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before February 20, 2020, 11:00:00 a.m. Toronto Time.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is approximately six (6) months or the completion of the project, followed by the warranty period. The successful completion of the project is expected to be on or before July 31st, 2020.
