Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for a state-of-the art Direct Laser Writer/Maskless Aligner for Photolithography Applications. The Direct Laser Writer/Maskless Aligner must include all necessary shipping, setup, training, software, computer, technical assistance and maintenance service (labor and parts) detailed further in the RFP.

Conditions for Participation
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Stage 1 = Pass/Fail
Stage 2 = Minimum Scoring Threshold of 45pts (out of 70pts).
