Description of Procurement
 
Ryerson requires the services on an independent evaluator that will oversee and monitor the activities of the Future Skills Centre. The evaluator will implement a monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy that will enable the Centre to monitor progress, make mid-course adjustments, and demonstrate results.
 
The procurement may involve negotiation. 
 
An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.
