Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for contractor services to produce and present a holistic steam condensate management feasibility study for TMU Central Steam System, as further described in Appendix B.
The University intends to execute a Professional Services Agreement, provided in Appendix E.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The Minimum Passing Score for Stage 2: Technical is 40 Points out of 65 Points.

Contract Details

The term of the Final Agreement is the successful completion of the Deliverables, which are estimated to be completed in approximately one (1) year.

Event Note

To gain a better understanding of the existing site conditions and constraints, all Proponents are requested to attend an optional site visit, scheduled for the following date:
Optional Site Visit Date: February 8, 2024 at 10:00AM EST
Site Visit Registration date: On or before February 7, 2024 at 5:00 PM
To register for Site Visit, please email bids@torontomu.ca by referencing the RFP and including the name and email address of the individual(s) attending.
For clarity, registration is not required to attend the Site Visit; however, it does assist us in our planning.
Please note that the Site Visit is expected to be approximately 1 hour in length.
Site Visit shall be on the University Campus, downtown Toronto.
Steel toed boots are required to participate in the Site Visit.
