Description of Procurement
 
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing an Emergency Mass Notification solution.
 
The procurement may involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated. 
 
Address and Final Date for Submissions
 
Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca  on or before November 9, 2018, 11:00 a.m. Toronto Time.
 
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
