Description of Procurement
This Request for Proposal is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing an electronic student payment solution for two (2) separate Categories, as further described in Appendix B - Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).

Category A: Outgoing Domestic Payment Solutions
Category B: Incoming & Outgoing International Payment Solutions

Proponents may submit Proposals for one (1) Category or to two (2) Categories. Ryerson will evaluate and award each Category independently.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca on or before February 16th 2021 at 11:00:00 AM EST.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Contract Details
Category A - The term of the Final Agreement for Category A is two (2) years, plus three (3) optional renewal periods of 1 year each, at the discretion of Ryerson.

Category B - The term of the Final Agreement for Category B is two (2) years, plus three (3) optional renewal periods of 1 year each, at the discretion of Ryerson.
