Description of Procurement The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for developing an accessible washroom design standard for the University and providing design and prime consulting services for renovations of nine (9) accessible washrooms (phased construction). The Deliverables will include the following:
- Accessible Washroom Design Standard.
- Architectural Services for Accessible Washroom Upgrades
- Phase One: Accessible Washroom Designs;
- Phase Two: Prime Consulting Services;
Architectural Services for Accessible Washroom Upgrades Phase Two work will be contingent upon available funding, performance of the Successful Proponent and the future business needs of the University and will, therefore, continue as solely determined by the University. This RFP contemplates renovations for 9 washrooms, however, the quantity that proceed to construction will be subject to approvals and available funding. The deliverables and work phases are more fully described in Appendix B – Deliverables.
The University intends to execute the Professional Services Agreement attached as Appendix E.
The procurement is anticipated to not involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is 3 years, plus two optional renewal periods of 1 year each, at the discretion of the University.
