Description of Procurement
The primary objective of this RFP is to acquire an extruder with an integrated torque rheometer. The required unit is a stand-alone single-screw laboratory extruder. It is used for extrusion of food materials such as pasta, and development and validation of model foods enriched with fiber, proteins, or fats.
The procurement may involve negotiation.
An electronic auction is not anticipated.
