Description:
York’s department of Energy Management, Facilities Management (FS), is inviting established Proponents to provide emergency and planned water main and sewer repairs, inspection, and cleaning services, annual Storm sewer catch basin maintenance, Storm Septors annual inspections and cleaning (As required) and access to Combo-Vacuum Truck services for Sanitary Sewers and Excavation work. York’s intention is to select and establish one (1) Proponent to provide services noted in this RFP.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
