PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to interested vendors (“Respondents”) to submit Proposals (“Responses”) to OCAD University (“OCAD U”) for the transformation of our Recruitment Website (the “Project”).

OCAD University is evaluating vendors to support the transformation of our student recruitment facing web pages (ocadu.ca/admissions) into a microsite that improves the experience of learners as they chart their course for university. We want to create an online presence for the prospective student journey from point of inquiry through application and to enrollment. Through this RFP we are looking for a vendor to support our digital-first transformation and to bring our prospective student recruitment programs and services into a dynamic, responsive, coherent, and engaging web-based experience.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT:
OCAD University requires such services for the duration of the assignment based on deliverables found in the RFP document. There are no renewals or extensions available.
