This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to interested vendors (“Respondents”) to submit Proposals (“Responses”) to OCAD University (“OCAD U”) for External Audit Services (the “Project”).

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
Proponents must meet the following mandatory eligibility criteria:
- Must be licensed under the Public Accountancy Act.
- Must have proven experience in providing similar audits to Ontario Universities.
- Must have well developed professional auditing techniques and a sound system of control and review of audit work experience.

DELIVERY DATE: Commence prior to May 1, 2021
DURATION OF AGREEMENT:
The term of the engagement will be for five (5) years starting with the fiscal year ended May 31, 2021 with the option for a five (5) year renewal as approved by the University’s Board of Governors. This engagement is also subject to an annual performance evaluation as outlined below and the auditors will be appointed by the University’s Board of Governors on an annual basis at the Board’s Annual General Meeting.
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: five (5) year renewal as approved by the University’s Board of Governors.
