Description

McMaster University, Faculty of Health Sciences plans to purchase a Service Level Agreement for the Medical School Information System (MedSIS 3C) software solution and is notifying its intent by way of an Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN).

The SLA of MedSIS 3C will provide the following services to the Faculty of Health Sciences in support of the MedSIS 3C software solution:

Application Support
Managed Database Environments
Application Operational/Security Support
