Description

McMaster University invites qualified Proponents to submit responses for the supply of one (1) isothermal calorimeter instrument in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals.

An isothermal calorimeter instrument is required to characterize biomolecular interactions, such as confirmation of binding and activity, and determining stoichiometry and thermodynamic parameters. It will be used for interaction studies of drugs and inhibitors, as well as for hit validation, lead optimization, and mechanism of action studies.

Proponents must quote the entire instrument. Partial Proposals will not be accepted.
