McMaster University invites qualified Cisco Certified Gold Partner suppliers to submit responses for the supply of goods and services related to support, warranty, and maintenance of the University’s established Cisco network environment and data centre in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposals (RFP).
The primary deliverable for this RFP is for the Successful Proponent, as a Cisco Certified Gold Partner supplier, to non-exclusively supply and deliver Cisco Certified equipment, and the related services including support, warranty, and maintenance.
The deliverables must also include SMARTnet Service, annual maintenance, Cisco Enterprise Agreements, Cisco SolutionsPlus products and related support contracts. Proponents must bid the SMARTnet Service support as identified in this document as a minimum; however, the University will review alternate support models.
Supply, delivery, configuration and disposal (full lifecycle management capability) as required of hardware and software solutions to enhance and expand the existing environment must also be included.
Bidders must quote the entire bid. Partial bids will not be accepted.
