INTRODUCTION

Centennial College is experiencing steady growth in its role as a post-secondary education provider in the Greater Toronto Area. While the College is staying true to its community college roots, market changes in the post-secondary education sector demand that approaches continually evolve to meet emerging challenges. In addition, rapidly expanding technologies, shifting consumer behaviors and evolving demographics demand that increasingly sophisticated marketing communication practices be developed.
SCOPE
The College has recently completed a website redesign in February 2018. The College has been conducting ongoing UX focus groups and consistently making changes to better improve the design. In addition to UX design changes, the College is looking for a partner to make significant contributions in the areas of the program database backend which includes a redesign of the admin panel, optimization of the database, create a working database as opposed to running a script, additional permissions and lock functionalities, ability to integrate the uploading of a CSV file that contains tuition prices, integration with various databases and more. The program database houses the content for our 200+ programs.
