CCRFSQ FS FR22 - Supply, Delivery, Assembly, and Installation of Systems & Ancillary Furnishings

Centennial College is interested in identifying systems furniture and ancillary furnishing manufacturers and distributors that could provide such products and services for furnishing the A Block Expansion Project as described in this invitation.

Centennial College is undertaking the new A Block Expansion Project, located at 941 Progress Avenue, Scarborough, at approximately 12,000 square meters (130,000 square feet). The building will house highly inclusive, innovative, and flexible spaces for classrooms, labs, administrative offices, meeting rooms, communal lunchrooms, a café, and spaces for student engagement and gatherings. Construction commenced September 2020 and is scheduled for completion June 2023. In order to meet the schedule for all furnishings, delivery and installation must commence in March 2023 and be completed by June 2023 prior to opening.
Centennial College is collaborating with EllisDon, DIALOG, and Smoke Architecture to construct the province’s first zero-carbon, mass timber higher-education building. As part of this project, Centennial is considering procurement of new private office furniture, systems workstations, meeting room furniture, lunchroom and lounge furniture, classroom furniture, various ancillary lounge pieces, and other miscellaneous furnishings.
