CENCOL IT RFP IAV18 - RFP for the Installation of Audio-Visual Equipment at the Centennial College

Scope
This RFP covers the installation, software programming, testing, commissioning etc. of Audio Visual Equipment and Accessories required for the Centennial College Downsview Campus: Centre for Aerospace and Aviation (DPAC). .
 
The scope of work is to install AV equipment in the rooms listed on Schedule A - Schedule A - List of Labs and Classrooms. For details of the whole scope of work please look the Appendix 2 to Appendix 10. 
 
The College will supply all AV equipment, podiums, cables, connectors, parts required for completing this work, according to the list in “Appendix 8 - The AV equipment provided by the College” file.
 
Also, the College provides block schematic, rack layout (if required), list of AV equipment to be installed, for each location, along with the floor plans & riser drawings for the entire building.
 
A high-level overview of the functionality, and audio visual equipment used in each room is described in attached “Appendix 3 - Centennial College AV Functionality Requirements for Downsview Park Aerospace Campus” document.
 
While we believe the attached drawings, floor plans, raiser diagrams, Contemplated Change Notices, list of AV equipment etc. that are provided to bidders are correct they may not be inclusive of all components necessary to commission the final AV Systems.
