CCRFQ FS LSR24 - Progress C-Block Stair Rehabilitation

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Centennial College (“the College”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for CCRFQ FS LSR24, Centennial College at 941 Progress Avenue is seeking a general contractor to remove, repair, replace the current concrete landing, steps, ramp and sidewalk with new concrete, landing, steps, ramp and sidewalk at the C-Block location, based on the consultant’s design. The selected respondents will be responsible to review the RFQ documents and compare it to the site conditions and ensure the RFQ documents align with the site conditions.  The general contractor should be absolutely certain the RFQ documents are clear. Respondents should ensure all materials and parts are on site prior to starting work to ensure schedule is met. No assumptions are accepted.
