Description

Centennial College is seeking to engage a Planning Consulting Firm or team who has the expertise and ability to lead the College through the necessary planning and re-zoning application processes with the City of Toronto for the following College-owned properties:
1. Progress Campus – Main Campus, 941 Progress Avenue
2. Progress Campus – T Block, 940 Progress Avenue
3. Ashtonbee Campus, 75 Ashtonbee Road
The successful proponent must be well versed in the City of Toronto re-zoning application processes including the following:
1. The policy and zoning framework governing future development for the sites;
2. Acceptable approach(es) to securing the needed permissions for the purposes of advancing the vision for the College
3. The development application process; and
4. Associated estimated costs and timelines.
The selected planning consultant shall have substantial resource/support services available, and qualified, licensed, and experienced staff who can be committed to working on this project through to completion.
