It is the intent of Centennial College to assemble a list of pre-qualified list of vendors who will then be invited to participate in a Request for Tender (RFP) process. Only Respondents pre-qualified through this RFSQ will be invited to participate in the RFP process.
Note that if an RFP is issued as a second stage to this RFSQ, the requirements noted in the RFP may be awarded to more than one (1) Respondent, and Centennial College may contract with others for the same or similar deliverables to those described in the RFP. Centennial College may choose to proceed with a purchase of all, none, or a portion of the services and equipment as described in the RFSQ, and the RFP issued.
The Pre-Qualified Online Education Vendors will be included in Centennial College’s Vendor of Record (VOR) for the services outlined within this RFSQ for a period of three years, from October 2022 through to March 31, 2025, with potential extension for two more years based on the vendor’s performance over the first two years. Centennial College reserves the right to remove any Pre-Qualified General Contractor from the College’s VOR roster for poor performance, breach of Contract, and failure to participate in Requests for Proposal.
Proposals from Online Education Vendors will be evaluated by Centennial College Evaluation team to determine the list of Pre-Qualified General Contractors.
