Description

Centennial College is seeking a highly qualified Custodial firm to provide Custodial services at several facilities totaling approximately 1.2 Million gross square feet.
Through this RFP, Centennial College of Applied Arts & Technology (“The College”) invites Custodial Service Providers with experience and capability to service multi-building educational portfolios approximately 1000,000 sq.ft. or larger in size to submit their proposals for the provision of Custodial Services.
The RFP is intended to assess the Service Providers technical and financial proposal to determine the best overall Service Provider for the Services.
The College’s objectives are:

e)Deliver excellent Customer Service

Mandatory Site Visit
A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on the date identified in the RFP Schedule above to provide additional information and to answer any questions relating to this Request for Proposal.
Attendance is Mandatory and only Proponents who attend this conference shall be permitted to submit a proposal. The Site Visit is to take place at:
Location: Fireside Gallery, Ground floor, Library building- L Block, Centennial College, Progress Campus, 941 Progress Avenue, Toronto, On M1G 3T9.
Date & Time: February 22, 2017 at 11:00am for a briefing. The Mandatory Site Visit Tours start 11:30am. Please plan for the tours to last the remainder of the day.
