CU_FMP manages approximately CAD$50 million in construction-related contracts annually. These contracts range from a few thousand to multi-million dollars depending upon the size of the construction project. Each project is created either thru internal programming (i.e.: building renewal and capital plan) or generated as a request by a member of the university (I.e.; lab fit-up, etc.). The total number of projects completed each year is around 200 with 50-75 active (in construction) projects at any given time For more information about the Facilities Management and Planning, please visit our home page at www.carleton.ca/fmp
