Description

This RFP is an invitation to prospective Respondents to submit Proposals for a Student Response System (“SRS”) to support Teaching and Learning Services, These proposals shall also include related Implementation Services. A student response system refers to an instant method of gathering student feedback in the classroom through SMS, a website or an app. Student Response Systems are used to promote engagement in the classroom and provide instructors with real-time data and visualizations of how well their students understand the course material. The university is seeking a System that is scalable, extendable, and accessible to as many instructors and learners as possible, which will enable us to foster student engagement and teamwork in courses, especially high enrolment courses. The System should increase satisfaction and efficiency by delivering a user-friendly, intuitive, and integrated experience, while enhancing administrative operations in an efficient, safe and confidential manner.
