Carleton University is seeking non-binding proposals from prospective Proponents for the provision of Media Campaign Services for the David C. Onley Initiative. The University requires the services of a full-service media agency who can assist with the continued execution of a targeted media campaign, with a primary target audience of employers/industry and secondary audience of students, post-secondary partners and community.
