Description

Abilities Living Laboratory (ALL) requires a Kinarm Exoskeleton Lab that will be used to measure the precise cognitive, motor, and sensory impairments of the patients, understand the recovery process in rehabilitation and conduct human experiments in real time to understand human behaviour. The need is for a dual-arm system that combines virtual reality, haptic feedback, and robotics to allow for patient assessment and rehabilitation research/study. The system should conveniently accommodate engineering and medical research and allow patients and persons with disability to participate in such studies.
