This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Carleton University (“Carleton”) to prospective Proponents to submit non-binding proposals for the procurement, installation and maintenance of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Report Tool as well as the migration of current reports into this new tool, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the “Deliverables").
