Description

The intent of this RFP is to select one Proponent for the Provision of an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Software solution with the ability to send Mass Communications to the University in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP.
The University is looking for a solution that can provide communication between a diverse and dispersed group of Carleton Community members together as a united unit, offers templates with industry standards in managing specific events with the ability to change/alter the template, pull reports, timestamp and document changes, integrates into our current Higher Education systems, follows Incident Management System/Incident Command System format, resources and document storage/management.
