Description

Work to be carried out under this contract involves modifications to Village Court 12 including furniture moves, removal and replacement of all flooring surfaces; disposal of existing carpet and flooring and preparing subsurface for new flooring material; removal of popcorn ceiling in select areas; limited wall reboarding, patching, and repairing of gypsum; replacement of millwork in kitchen (cabinetry) and bathrooms (vanities); replacement of plumbing fixtures – sinks, toilets; removal and replacement of light fixtures, receptacles, switches and plates; painting of walls and ceiling throughout; sanding, staining and sealing of window frames/trim, handrails and doors throughout; and installation of window treatments (blinds).
