Description

The University will update 5 classrooms totaling approximately 4500 sf and built in 1968 for new equipment enabling simultaneous teaching in the classrooms and on-line.
Primary scope of work includes:

Replace existing ceilings, lighting, lighting controls and diffusers
Mechanical balancing and controls upgrade
Minor electrical
Additional network
Replace door hardware
Replace window shades
Reseal existing exterior glazing seals and caulking (Alternative Price)
Substitute network cable tray above corridor ceilings in lieu of J-hooks (Alternative Price)
