Description

Brock University intends to pre-qualify Roofing Contractors for the period 2021 to 2023, which is a three-year period for roofing projects approved within the Capital Program within the University. The project scale will be from $15,000 to $2,000,000 in fees and related disbursements, not including HST.
The University wishes to invite any interested Roofing Contractors to submit a “Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ)” proposal to be considered for roofing replacement projects.
The successful service providers may be utilized by Brock University for projects as needed. Staff may utilize the list to issue a Second Stage competitive process by issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation to Tender (ITT), or Request for Proposals (RFP) as provided for in the Brock University Procurement Policy.
