Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Residences Laundry Equipment Rental and Service as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of eight (8) years with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) one (1) year periods.

The proponent shall submit pricing in a second envelope by completing the Excel form (Appendix C1) along with any additional price breakdown information that they wish to provide.
