Located at the junction of the Walker Complex and South Block, both completed in 2001, this interior project will be an expansion of, and partial renovation of, the existing Hungry Badger food service area to create a new Tim Hortons installation. Total area of work will be approximately 115m2.
Prequalified General Contractors will be invited to bid on the renovation contract for this work.
A date for Substantial Performance will be set during tender for late 2020.
