Description

Brock University is in the process of acquiring 3401 Schmon Parkway, Thorold, Ontario for future uses, including but not limited to, administrative offices, research and development, laboratories, and business innovation. The first phase of redevelopment is for administrative offices to be located on level 200 of the building. This project is for consulting services for minor renovations, a furniture system solution and electrical and IT infrastructure for the administrative offices. The total project area is approximately 29,540 SF (9002m2) GFA.
