Proponents should submit two (1) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive in a sealed package.
Quotations are to be prominently marked with the RFQ title and number (see RFQ cover), with the full legal name and return address of the respondent, and with the Submission Date.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the hard copy and the electronic copy of the bid, the hard copy of the quotations shall prevail.
