Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Parking Management Software and License Plate Recognition technology, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of five (5) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) three (3) year periods. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around September 2022.
