Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Modern Cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 5 years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to 5 years. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around March 2022.
