Description

This Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ No. FM18-05) is an invitation by Brock University (the University) to solicit prequalification proposals from Hazardous Materials Abatement Contractor(s) from Proponents with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully completing projects of similar size. The intent of this RFPQ is to prequalify a list of qualified abatement contractor(s).

On or before the submission date of: March 15, 2018 at 3:00:00pm.

Proponents should submit four (4) complete copies of their proposal plus a flash drive containing a full copy of the submission. The documents should be standard 8.5” x 11” paper, securely bound, in a sealed envelope bearing the full legal name and return address of the Proponent, the RFPQ title and number (see RFPQ cover), the Contractor Statement from Part 2 – Submission Requirements, and the Submission Date and Time.
