DB22-04 - Goodman School of Business MCA Block Renovation and Addition

The project involves renovating an interior office space of approximately 425m² and a vestibule addition of approximately 33m² that connects the Mackenzie Chown A-Block with the Goodman School of Business building at the second floor.  The interior project scope includes selective interior removals, revised electrical services and revised mechanical services for new offices, multi-occupant spaces and corridors.  Exterior scope includes selective removals, a new steel framed vestibule, exterior concrete work, electrical and mechanical services fed from existing sources, new glazed openings and a new exterior entrance.
