Description

This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ No. FM18-30) is an invitation by Brock University
(the ‘University’) to solicit prequalification proposals from interested General
Contractors (Proponents), with a proven track record of successfully completing projects
of comparable size and complexity within occupied and operational facilities on an
accelerated schedule. The intent of this RFPQ is to prequalify a list of up to six General
Contractors to perform work on Brock University’s Lowenberger Residence Cladding
Replacement project

On or before the submission date of: April 27, 2018 at 3:00:00pm

Proponents should submit four (4) complete copies of their proposal plus a flash drive
containing a full copy of the submission. The document shall not exceed twenty (20) singlesided
pages, 8.5” x 11” with 1” borders, 11 Font and page justified, not including CCDC 11.,
securely bound, in a sealed envelope bearing the full legal name and return address of the
Proponent, the RFPQ title and number (see RFPQ cover), and the Submission Date.
