Description

Brock University is seeking a qualified and experienced Food Services Provider for a five-year contract with the option for a five-year renewal. The Food Services Provider would operate all University-owned foodservices as well as be the exclusive caterer on campus for catering orders of $100 or more. Catering will also include Conference Services. It is anticipated that the agreement will commence on or around May 1, 2020.

Proponents should assemble in the main lobby of Cairns building.

Proponents are requested to confirm their attendance for this visit with the RFP Contact at least one (1) day before the site visit and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. A maximum of three (3) representatives will be permitted to attend the tour component of the site visit.

In the event of a University delayed opening or complete closure due to inclement weather, the site visit will be postponed until 10AM on Wednesday, January 30, 2019. University closures are announced on local radio stations and messages are placed on the Brock University home page https://brocku.ca/ and the main phone extensions (4060, 3377 and 3387).

Proposals must be submitted through MERX’s online portal. Submissions by other methods will not be accepted. Proponents should submit one electronic copy in the file formats listed under Requested Information for this opportunity in MERX’s portal.
