Description

The project involves the reconstruction of approximately 0.5 kilometers of Residence Road from the base of Schmon Tower to Ray Woodfield Drive (refer to Key Plan). The project involves road and parking lot reconstruction, drainage improvements, the construction of sidewalks, illumination upgrades, landscaping, including relocation of sprinkler system, and associated work. Important to note that the University will phase the construction over a two (2) year period.
