Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Emergency Mass Notification System, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period three (3) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) Three (3) year period. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around July 2022 with service commencing December 2022.
