Description

New Residence 8 will provide approximately 250 additional resident beds to Brock University’s compliment of resident living options. It will also provide a signature dining facility to support not only this new residence, but the surrounding residences and campus at large.
The residence and dining facility will provide more capacity for first-year students wanting on-campus living and will also increase capacity for conferences hosted on campus during the summer months.
This Request for Proposals is in reference to Construction Management services for this expansion project. Brock University is currently working with architects Tillmann Ruth Robinson and their consulting team to develop the design. The successful proponent will join the project team and actively participate in refinement of the project budget and schedule.

Proponents should submit FIVE (5) hard copies, with one (1) copy marked as MASTER and one (1) electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive in a sealed package.
Proposals are to be prominently marked with the RFP title and number (see RFP cover), with the full legal name and return address of the proponent, and with the Submission Date.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the hard copy and the electronic copy of the bid, the hard copy of the proposal shall prevail.
