This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for The Supply of a Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Microplate Reader with Automated Incubator and Liquid Handling, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
