Description

Scope of work includes extensive renovations to approx. 2200 square feet of current classrooms and meeting space to create a new Nursing Lab and upgrades to one new classroom. Renovations include:

base building data and electrical infrastructure including new ceilings
lighting with controls
some millwork
new flooring, doors and hardware
air balancing
extensive power and network for both areas
A/V equipment infrastructure only
A/V equipment supplied and installed by the University
