Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting (“Job showing”),hosted by OCH at 378 Richelieu Court parking lot (ensure all attendees have hard hats and safety shoes) The meeting date and time is indicated in Section 5.0
“SUBMISSION TIMELINES”. Note that for mandatory meetings only, the bidder (and not a subcontractor or supplier in lieu of the bidder) must be in attendance for the full meeting duration and sign the official attendance sheet as a record of their attendance; failure to record attendance on the official document shall result in disqualification of a bid.
