Description

The purpose of this NPP is to provide notice to prospective major appliance, supply and repair suppliers, of the forthcoming RFP opportunity for the Major Appliance program for the Ottawa Community Housing Corporation (OCH) portfolio. Prospective suppliers will be able to respond to either or both, PART A: Supply of Major Appliances and PART B: Service of Major Appliances.

OCH anticipates a three year contract term, with two one year contract extensions at OCH's discretion.
